Shockingly, this is the least embarrassing thing she has done in the past 5.5 years. They played this clip at start of our Law Review class in order to demonstrate the dangers of sloppy researcher. Her example is inspiring the next generation of scholars.

Well she didn’t argue it and seems to take error serious. Well a really dumb way of recording this by the authorities using wording to make anyone believe that the individuals were executed. “Death recorded, ” sounds like execution to me.
