Thank you for the information Anna! I did a two-month Business Analyst internship a couple years back but have not had the greatest of luck finding work since. I've been working on my portfolio Data Analyst project that has proven to be more challenging and involved than the project I did during my internship. As a veteran, it was suggested to go for Salesforce certifications in hopes of strengthening my resume for either a Data Analyst or Business Analyst. I will try giving the Salesforce training another go since I found the Trailhead environment a little difficult to figure out my first time. Hopefully, with a couple of strong portfolio projects and some certifications, I can put my days of working at minimum wage behind me for good.
