2. NX License error : How to fix License error [-96],[-15]

I realize for my particular case that the firewall were messing the connection with the server. You can try turning off the firewall and start NX if it does work you just have to add an exception.

this didn’t work for me but after asking someone for help, I mistyped the license server info. You can double check if you did as well by opening Licensing Tools >Environmental Settings and then checking if the licensee server info is correct.

Don't have the PLMLicenseServer in the siemens folder, does anyone know why and how can I find it?

For my case, the error started when i changed the computer name. So, I modified the SERVER NAME in the "splm6.lic", the file is in the PLMLicenseServer folder.

It's not working, it is written- the server (imgrd) has not been started yet, or splm license server set to the wrong port @host[-15]

Right click on NX icon -> run as administrator it will works
