Ratio is a Latin word that means reason. For instance Ratio essendi and ratio cognoscendi. Ratio in finance is the relationship between two data.
Having said that, the idea that EPS is profit divided by the number of shares can be misleading. Because it is profit after taxes. If people learn here that EPS is profit divided by total shares, without the precision that the part of profit distributed is profit after taxes, it can be confusing.
Just like ROE (Return On Equity) = Net Income/Shareholder's Equity. Shareholders Equity will be in $, talk about Net Income, in other words, Gross Income-Taxes.

Book value- 0.5
Pe ratio- >15%
Like all values n if these values r ABV than ur value means gud company else check the company again 2twice n learn then invest wrd as fr safty fr urself
