Regarding how plants have chloroplasts (photosynthesis) and mitochondria..
I heard only cyanobacteria is capable of oxygenic photosynthesis (using light energy, extracts the hydrogen from water, fixing it with carbon from C02, and giving off oxygen). Is that true?
