Whatever that sound comes from, all I know is it woke my cat up, her head started going up and down with frequency display on the screen and she then ran over to the TV, sat upright infront of it and watched very attentively! I spent years on a Ocean Research Vessel starting in the early 80s and we were the first ship to try and use an ROV when they were first made and in their experimental stage and I was on the monitor when the very first one was put in the water in the Strait of Juan de Fuca
