This comes from dealing with a lot when you have this disease. Regular people lose their cool. Imagine with people with MS. There is just so much going on.

I will switch from happy to sad to rage to delusional to paranoid and back to happy as fast as 10 minutes sometimes...
By the end of the day I’m EXHAUSTED

I don’t mind feeling bad, everyone has bad days...
But the action itself of the mood swing wears me out.
I stopped takin meds about a year and some change ago...
I need to switch up quick.
I hope everyone finds peace

My MS has been on daily basis recently. Yesterday was horrible, today am feeling a lot better. Tomorrow might be worse, I don't know.

It is wonderful when a partner can hear, listen and respond appropriately when concern, awareness and love are the main motivation. That is not my experience .
Often in my experience with my suggestions to my partner with ms,
my own awareness, or any suggestion or mentioning of an alternative perspective
can cause more anger, defensive and enraged behavior.
It’s very, very challenging to not to take this personally and react.
Or to not unconsciously hold the hurt quietly like a slow acting poison.
I am looking for assistance, awareness and solutions in dealing with this nearly everyday.

I have a daughter with MS, and sometimes I do not understand the emotions I see now. She is doing well physically and in a study; however, she has withdrawn from family more and more. I do try to be supportive, but I am wondering if this this a normal part of the disease.

Mood swings are awful, out of nowhere, it's not only moods it's the emotional side of things to, can be very cruel, I was blamed for so much it was just all over the place. Not with the person now, but I do understand it. Doesn't help when they are not going for the help needed they look kind of ok but aged very quickly looks so much older

Very useful in formation. In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Do the practice without any expectations. When taking a walk, at office, in school, when reading, before sleep etc observe your breath sensations. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Reduce negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Best wishes--Counsellor.

I’ve been going through a lot with my dad and stuff and are used to never have mood swings and I was always happy and once’s I got sad and very low I started having mood swings and getting angry and just tonight I flipped out oh my girlfriend because she was trying to sleep on the phone and I wasn’t letting her sleep because I wanted to talk to her and I flipped out and called her a bitch for not listening and that’s not me in this video really help me
