i have a bunch of analog eq including a lilfreq and pultec clone. those are amazing but i also like the ability to do surgical eq and have a visual with that. should i get this?

i love it, use it for all sorts of jobs. A particular fav is setting the Bell curve with a 96dB slope . Gives you a flat bottom adjustable Notch type. The preset Notch is not gain adjustable. Useful for Dynamic EQ over a moderate range like for catching peaky synth sounds.

Nice vid, short and to the point. I love the look off pro q. Notice your wallpaper had a load of melda plugs. Do you know how this compares to meldas dynamic eq? I have the melda plug and it looks like it has the same functionality (maybe even more than pro q), but, this looks a whole lot easier and nicer to work with.

Load time depends on ur computer and ram also allocated ram to the software

A fine tool no doubt, I’m sure it’s in many professional’s list of plugins but I’m sure if they dropped the price of this to prosumer/consumer level they could make a lot more money. This model works for ... oh I don’t know... erm.. Waves, Slate, Toontrack etc.
