Cities across U.S. run out of funding to shelter migrants

Over 100 asylum seekers in Seattle were forced to sleep in tents in a public park after government funding for their temporary shelter ran out. Denver, Boston, and New York are also putting limits on how long migrants can stay in emergency shelters.

The American homeless person has to go through all sorts of paperwork application, and possibly still be denied an apartment, when these people are getting an apartment for free and further assistance, this is b.s. At the expense of the American tax payer!!!

In college I suffered a serious injury, where was my help when I got a half a million dollar hospital bill? Where was my help when I was about to lose my home? There was no supprt for my family, no asylum in another country. Why are expected to save all of these migrant when we can't even support our own people?

Why didn't they think about this when they decided to come here in the first place. They just expected to be handed a job and a home. Who thinks that way? There are 650, 000 homeless in this country. Did they think that they would do better? Did they think they were better and would get a free ride?There is no way they will get livable wage jobs. They were told not to come because there was no more money or room and they still come. These people will be a burden on the taxpayer for life if they don't send them back.
