Some of these may not be predictions, but inspirations, like the prediction of the Shard, maybe the architect of the Shard was watching the show when he got interested on the tiny Shard-like building in the background, and a few years later built it in the exact same city. So some of these may not be predictions, but inspirations, just like how Star Trek made some technologies in it's movie and somehow it became made in real life.
