Shelburne Selectboard: December 20, 2016

The board considers the amendments proposed by the Planning Commission for adult entertainment and warns a public hearing for January 10th. Also on January 10th there will be a joint hearing with the school board on the General Fund Budget. The board discusses that and also the library building plans and financing options, and proposal by the Fire Department for a bond item for the Town Meeting warning. They consider approving waiving penalty & interest on property tax bills from Summit Circle and Woodbine, a wastewater reimbursement request, and a one year note with the bank of Middlebury for a Wastewater Dept. Tanker Truck.
