crossfit usa (New York and Orlando)

This video shows a couple of visits to Reebock Crossfit 5th Avenue in New York City and then Crossfit Mousetrap in Orlando USA. On a recent trip to the states I thought I'd stop by and get my Crossfit Fix at these two popular boxes. 5th Avenue is located.....yes...on 5th Avenue NYC and Mousetrap is located within 10minute drive from the parks in Orlando.
