I think a four point line would make basketball more boring because players who are worse in terms of play and technique can always learn to shoot long shots. I don't want a four point line.

As a fan of the PBA since childhood, no it was not helpful, in fact the four point line is not a good rule to have because they are putting themselves at disadvantage in the international play
