I really really hope riot looks at this bug or short for ideas to help Vel'koz. Like, this is unironically both a really cool idea for a change, and also totally in line with his character. He learns through disintegration. So if they made it so you could either get a bonus cast for your ult per maxed passives on targets, or maybe rework it from a self-rooting turntable channel to a single channel in one direction that you can cancel and recast for repositioning, that would be great.

Never had this experience playing Velkoz. It seems really broken but it's a win-win for the squid mains :)
