This is so so sad. The strength and composure of this woman. Im so glad she was able to rescue her dogs. Praying for her and all who have lost homes, pets, life and for the firefighters that are doing their best given these incredibly dangerous conditions.

Those dogs and cats were so calm despite their circumstances and crowding. This speaks volumes to the good character of the pawrents.

It’s really crummy that 100-year-old house was burned. What a special place. I grew up in the area and have always wanted to live in an old house like that. My grandpa was a ranch manager in Oxnard and my grandparents lived in a very old house on the ranch.
