Is this really a design challenge these days? This seems like a product thinking challenge that's appropriate for a product manager/product owner.

That's great! I need to strengthen my skills where I slow down in the initial stage where the personas are defined. I'm guilty of just uncovering enough but not diving deep to understand the persona's values, needs and demographics. I'd love to see a video where you just focus on that portion of the white board challenge
