i have this problem and its realy annoying
i try some of these tricks but still not working
when i open the service page i see that the (windows security service is disabled ) and i cant trun it on
also i try these codes in cmd/admin

regsvr32 jscript

regsvr32 vbscript

regsvr32 /i mshtml

the last one give me an error !!

i try something and it work for me
as i said the service was disable
i visit the (regedit)
the regestreation files in the system
hit the path

then select (start)
and type inside it (3) as manual
hit restart and voi la
its work again !!

SecurityHealthService is missing to me like windefend key like some files:
initpki.dll 10.0.19043.985
wuaueng.dll 10.0.19043.985
wucltui.dll 10.0.19043.985
wuweb.dll 10.0.19043.985
Windows update gives me 0x8008005 error
and some settings are grayed and I can't access being administrator
