Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is wrapping up the first two days at the Apec summit in Peru where leaders of Pacific nations, including China’s Xi Jinping have been meeting.

The discussions have been taking place against the backdrop of a looming second term for Donald Trump and growing concerns over tariffs.
