1. wake up early

3. exercise/ stay fit
4. groom. freashen up
5. pre market analysis and planning
6.trading while maintaining awareness of your thought and emotional patterns
7. post trading journal
8. next days goals and plans
9. Gratitude for just breathing.
before thinking of trading work on yourself or the heartbreaks and depression everytime you blow an account would be more painful than your 1st love😂

Yeah either u getting better in emotion or u getting worst 😂.
One of my friend getting grumpy after the trade and angry because loss trade all the time and cant overcome it.
For me im getting better of controling my emotion in other situation in life, not easy angry or anexiety in deadline of job.
