In this video, I turn the 3rd bowl from the black walnut stump. It is a sugar bowl with a lid that has a copper rivet inlay. It was a very fun and interesting turn, as I had to deal with some punky wood where the bowl had spalting. CA glue to the rescue. I am very pleased with the result. Let me know what you think.

Base/foot:
Ø3.62” [Ø91.9mm] x .31” [7.9mm] x .12” [3.1mm] tall
Lid:
Ø3.62” [Ø91.9mm] x .75” [19mm]
Knob:
Ø2.00” [Ø50.8mm] x .50” [12.7mm]
Ø.44 [Ø11.2mm] copper rivet inlay in center

120-320 grit sandpaper inside and out
3 coats WATCO DANISH OIL – Natural (24 hours between coats and 3 days of curing)
ACK'S Polish/Restoring PASTE, hand buffed for an extra bit of luster and protection
