As a diehard Eagles fan… man our first Super Bowl was so special and felt magical. This Super Bowl felt like a fucking STATEMENT to the rest of the league. I went into the game thinking it was going to be close but there was going to be an Eagles win… we had GROWN MEN crying by HALFTIME. HALFTIME?!?! What the actual fck? 🤣 we had our backups in… in the 4th quarter because we embarrassed their asses and kicked them so far into next decade that they didn’t know what to think. Nick was too nice and didn’t want them to get embarrassed more than they already were so he just said “fuck it. Send the backups in.” 🤣 The Gatorade bath was done before the two minute warning and it could have been done earlier and no one would have blamed them😭. Nick was getting his Gatorade bath and we were all celebrating before the two minute warning while KC’s sorry asses still had their starters in doing elite stat padding🤣🤣I mean after the pick 6 by Coop it was over. And during halftime I thought to myself “Well it’s Mahomes and the Chiefs. They always pull off magic.” And then the first drive of the second half happened and there were two straight sacks and then I knew we were winning. Last year in the Super Bowl at least the 49ers gave a shit and tried with speeches to pump each other up. This year against us (especially after halftime) KC didn’t have it AT ALL. They didn’t have no rah rah type of speech which you need in times like that. Mahomes was standing off to the side with Wentz and the rest of KC’s offense and defense were in shambles. They all looked confused, shocked, depressed that their sorry ass team finally playing a real defense exposed their asses and that Jalen could in fact beat them with his arm. The Chiefs were in New Orleans thinking they could go out to dinner, not practice as hard and the refs would save their asses and that the three peat would just be handed to them on a silver platter. The Eagles were there for a business trip and a business trip only until they won the Lombardi. 🦅💚
