11400F is great when you're not planning to overclock your cpu. 11600K after oc is much better. I got 11600K, but for the price, I really recommend 11400F

How come RTX 3090 was around 70% load with 11400 being 40%-60%, but RTX 3060 is at 90%-100%? I don't understand this, is 11400 bottlenecking 3090? or it's something specific to 3060 going above 90%? which is bottlenecking which?
