How to create a Timeline View in Google Sheets

In this video we show you all the needed steps to create a Timeline View in Google Sheets.
Based on sheets data (with at least one date column) you can create and configure a Timeline View for a time based visualisation of your sheets data. This could be interesting for Project Management, Task Management or any time related content.

Hey there! I hit a barrier while following your instructions. At 4:12, when you created the timeline, I couldn't find the timeline option. What should I do?

Can you view it as a GANTT chart? Where if one task gets pushed back, they all follow? You'd have to show duration of task for it to work.

Hi,
I would love to know if it's the possibility to add different dates in the same line. I want to use it as a channel manager for Apartments.
For example:
Task 1 (Apartment 1) Multiple bookings in the same line.... Guest 1 from April 3th to May 15th, then Guest 2 form May 23th to June 4th... etc
Task 2 ( Apartment 2)....
Etc...
I appreciate a lot if you could explain to me.
