For the biggie-pac debate, Biggie is a better lyricist but overall “ready to die” isn’t beating the insane run pac had in 95-96 with stuff like “me against the world” “all eyez on me” and “don killumati the 7 day theory” Not to mention his projects after death like “R you still down” which is head to head with “life after death” but PAC is wayy more influential and his greatest hits album is one of the most stacked.
