I'm a fan-- the grain purity reminds me of unpeated Bruichladdich Islay Barley but times four grains.
The winter wheat will remind you of oven toasted honey & wheat chex-- like a graham cracker.
The barrel char is deep enough to impart an oily oak flavor that permeates the aftertaste -- much like some of the finest bourbons from Kentucky.
