Gareth Southgate acknowledges fans after World Cup semi-final

The England Wags have been consoling their husbands and boyfriends following the Three Lions' loss to Croatia in the World Cup semi-final tonight. The England squad's wives and girlfriends hugged and kissed the players following the 2-1 defeat at the Moscow stadium. Players fell to their knees in tears at the final whistle while millions of people watching at home were also left weeping after coming so close to getting to the final.

I'm not British but I really appreciated english football in this World Cup, and I think Gareth must stay being the manager 'cause he's made England proud, made'em feel better and believe that they are able to get quarterfinals, semifinals and even final, one day. I believe in him, above all, I respect him and his team. He's a manager that, I swear, I've never seen someone like him, so respectful, humble, a true British man. As I said, he deserves to continue with his work. Football can be not coming home... but more important than that, y'all got, dignity, respect and a new hero. Gareth Southgate is an icon.

Greetings from Hungary! Mr Southgate made a wonder with the english national team after 1990. I am a local patriot my heart is hungarian my soul is hungarian. I was a child in 1986 when our national team played on the World Cup last time. This video made me tears in my eyes. Fantastic manager and fantastic fans! Congrats!
