John G. Lake Sermon: 'Not Try But Trust'

"Let God have you. Quit sweating, quit wrestling. About the most difficult class in the world to get healed is the Christian Scientist. Why? Because they work at it so hard. You have to lead them away from it all to that place where, "It is not TRY but TRUST". That is the secret of Christ's salvation; that is the secret of Christ's healing. It is not trying to get healed. It is trusting Him for it, and believing Him when He says He will do it, and the mind relaxes and the soul comes to rest." If you need healing today, receive. Then take that posture: Jesus IS healing me NOW. I AM receiving. If you will make that your inward attitude and go through to the completion of it, you will see your healing totally manifested.

I have been fighting, fighting, pushing, trying everything I know how to do. It came to a heated confrontation with the Lord. I don't like the things I said to him. I really blew it. But for some reason, I felt peace afterwards. I know He could have struck me down but He didn't. I awakened this morning stronger in my body and hope for a full recovery. So needed this. Mercury poisoning has caused lots of organ problems, etc. I take vitamins for my heart, others for kidneys, others for liver, etc. etc. I am at my wits end. Crying out for healing daily. I know now I must STOP, let go, and let God have ALL of this. I am His Child, and by His Stripes I AM HEALED. Thank you so much for this message

I’m also here because of Jeremiah from Healing Journey’s. I have been believing God for a baby but I’m struggling with letting go. Every so often I think I am there until the next cycle starts.
