Experience is not about age but about Fighting Experience. Sabo have more Fighting Experience, he has been trained since he was 7yrs old.
DC is also goes to Sabo, Mera Mera is more destructive than Ope Ope.
Movement Speed is also goes to sabo, if you think he can blink with shambles, that was his Abilities, not movement speed
