Bio-Rad's next-generation Bio-Plex suspension array system uses bead-based immunoassays to measure up to 500 analytes in a single sample. The Bio-Plex system allows researchers and clinicians to obtain precise results with less time and effort, using lower sample volumes in a high-throughput format.

The Bio-Plex system uses magnetic beads coupled with unique fluorpohores and customized detection antibodies for the quantitation of multiple proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids. Bio-Rad offers Bio-Plex assays for cytokines, growth factors, signal-transduction molecules, and disease biomarkers for inflammation, autoimmune disorders, cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
