The idea for a remake of Max Payne has finally been talked about and accepted! Max Payne is a classic masterpiece and it deserves more attention for it being a classic, moody, genre bending, game defining masterclass of a game. Almost nothing needs to be changed about the story, voice acting, or the graphic novel cut scenes. Just add the Max Payne 3 game play with the more than 3 weapons weapon wheel and you've got a Max Payne remake. I know Remedy won't let us down. After all these years, it's the game we deserve a remake to.

I loved the choice of decorations for the scenes show in the video, every scene existed in the older games, the hospital, the mansion, the police vehicle's with sirens on, the snow, the rain.. Man I wish they actually remake the game.. I loved the game and played it over 100 times cause something in it keeps bringing me back to childhood

I'd be happy with this but I expect more in terms of visual eye candy. Back then, Max Payne 1 was a leap in gameplay fidelity. I expect nothing less from Remedy and given Control's outstanding graphics and physics, one can only hope it ends up this beautiful if they do a complete remake of the game rather than a remaster. And I hope for ray tracing as well because why not.
