What an amazing crazy time-telling object we had our chance to get our hands-on with the new URWERK UR-112, a timepiece that won't get unnoticed if you are lucky enough to have it on your wrist!

There is simply nothing standard with this watch, whether it concerns its look but also when it comes to the movement architecture, in particular how time information is "sent" to the time display module if we can say so.

Enjoy this brilliant example of creative watchmaking!

I think entertaining and informing people nearly twice a week for years is a superpower 👍

Simply love the idea of dividing the movement and time-keeping side by using a central driveshaft. Thank you for sharing with us your privileged moments with this mechanical marvel.

So impressed with URWERK and their design language. Thank you MAD for bringing this to the public and the fantastic videography. BTW, it looks great on your wrist.

I like your new spectacles.
Edit: I do like the watch, and fitting a smaller wrist is most welcome.

URWERK is a personal favorite of the non-traditional branch in high-end watchmaking. However, I would be scared of knocking that hood off the top on a coat sleeve or pant if I were to forget to close it or it accidentally opens. Love it regardless. Thank you for sharing this with us! Love this channel - I can not say it enough!

Urwerk is one brand I truly admire for always pushing the boundaries. Love the flip clock style indicators on this!

I do so adore wandering hours and Urwerk style complications. I hope to attain one such treasure some day.

“When I will put my little gloves on!” ROFL! No, please! I nearly lost it when you said that!

It's a departure from their original satellite system with definite MB&F vibes, but looks more wearable than their horological machines. Thanks for the presentation Marc.

Opening hood reminds me of gull wings door 🚪 of a super car 🚗 & in this case a super watch

I'm not sure I can relate to this as a watch. It's more a fusion of engineering and art. I also think it's such a shame to cover the seconds indicator with that hood. Kudos to Urwerk for creating this piece, though and thanks to Marc and his team for a fantastic video.

Very futureristic looking, but still using a mechanical moverment, very nice indeed.

This watch speaks to the 8 year old in me. Love it!
Also I don't know what it is but those satellites look like something else, but I can't put my finger on it. Is it part of a pen, I can't place it. Odd.

Suddenly I have a realization that I have become free from the materialistic world. I have attained the Nirvana as there is nothing else left to see😂😂🤣🤣

Sorry but it's too confusing! Can you really tell the time immediately without being distracted? If you have to move your head physically just to see; doesn't that make it awkward? You have to flip a hood to see information you should normally see instantly. That is a waste of energy, aswell as precious time expelled. The whole thing is a mess. Even if you have to hesitate for one second, that means the time piece has totally failed. I don't want a smart electricity metre on my wrist! Give me a cheap digital Casio from the 1970's or a Swatch, at least they do their jobs instantly.
