Interesting, why would you sequence your digitone from ableton? Kind of defeats the purpose of having a tactile expensive elektron sequencer at your fingertips, don't you think?

Thanks for saying 'digitone' correctly. For everyone reading, digi is short for digital. You pronounce that part how your native pronunciation of 'digital' works. And don't make the gif pronunciation argument, digi isn't exactly an obscure prefix for tons of already existing products that want to promote the digital nature they possess by using this common portmandeu of the first two syllables of 'digital' and some other word for identifiable and understandable branding. Also don't make the 'zed ex spectrum' argument either, that machine actually is european and didn't come to countries that say 'zee ex' instead. Digitone is definitely in countries that say 'digit' different than them, making it a global product and therefore is intended to be said as locals say 'digital' when saying the name.

I think that covers all the counter arguments to this absolutely meaningless hill I've decided to die on concerning the digitone. :P
