We all know that they killed their parents. But if they were in fact, abused by their father and the mother stood by while all this happened, they’ve spent enough time in jail. OK it’s time to free the Menendez Brothers. They have been modeled prisoners and they’ve been in prison for 36 years. I think it’s time for them to get out.

The newly elected District Attorney and Judge on this case both have said they need to review the case files. The attorneys above are talking about rehabilitation and being model prisoners. Two different issues.

I cant help but wonder if those who refuse to acknowledge these two were abused, and/or quick to point out abuse doesnt justify killing, are maybe themselves guilty of abuse. That they may be concerned the ones suffering from the abuse may get ideas on handling their business with them too. As long as their comforted about the possibility of these two never getting out, it may cause the ones theyre abusing to think twice. I'm sure the abusers will always want the ones they abuse to be concerned about the maximim ultimate punishment if their victims take them out too. Just a thought.

The brothers didn't have any issue about sneaking out of their parents house in the middle of the night to go rob other people's homes.. if I was that fearful of my father I wouldn't even entertain the thought of robbing any kind of house.. so since they didn't have any issues about sneaking out in the middle of the night and robbing homes.. they shouldn't have had an issue of just getting in their vehicle and leaving their parents property for good😮
