Kampanja „Imaš pravo!“ deo je zajedničkih napora Ministarstva pravde, Ministarstva državne uprave i lokalne samouprave Republike Srbije, uz podršku projekta „Jačanje vladavine prava u Srbiji“, koji zajednički finansiraju EU i nemačko Savezno ministarstvo za ekonomski razvoj i saradnju (BMZ), a koji sprovodi Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, da o besplatnoj pravnoj pomoći građani budu informisani i da koriste pravo na besplatnu pravnu pomoć u skladu sa Zakonom o besplatnoj pravnoj pomoći.

You Have the Right!
“You Have the Right!" campaign is part of the joint efforts of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Serbia, with the support of the project "Strengthening Rule of Law in Serbia", jointly funded by the EU and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation (BMZ), and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, to inform citizens about free legal aid and to exercise the right to free legal aid in accordance with the Law on Legal Aid.
