Man I wonder how much fear Aaron would put in these qb’s if you could actually hit them like in the old days

It’s between Reggie White and Aaron Donald.

Reggie has 198 Sacks in 232 Games
Donald has 98 Sacks in 127 Games

Reggie has 8 First Team All Pros
Donald has 7 First Team All Pros

Reggie has 2 DPOYs
Donald has 3 DPOYs

With asking this question why would you show a highlight of him not even being blocked? It's still impressive his speed and agility but There has to be a lot more amazing Plays that could have been shown

He is in the conversation about the greatest defensive linemen with the other guy like Reggie White, Bruce Smith, Alan Page, Deacon Jones, Joe Greene, Merlin Olsen, Bob Lilly, Randy White, Michael Strahan. I got to watch all of these guys. Every one of them was a major headache for the other team and won awards including the HoF.

I’m pretty sure Reggie White would blow him out of the water. Don’t get me wrong, Donald is great, but White I think was better then him

No doubting his talent. But maybe wait until his career is done before you start handing out statements like that.

It's too hard to compare different generations of players in any sport. Donald is definitely one of the greatest DT's of all time. And the greatest today. A total game changer.

I think it's important to make the distinction between defensive tackle and defensive end. Two completely different positions, even though they play right next to each other. The question should be is: AD the best interior defensive lineman ever? Is he? He could be. He can take career sack record by Defensive Tackle (currently held by John Randle I believe) if plays long enough. The scary part is he's arguably still in his prime.

Have you ever seen Joe Greene highlights…

Ummm...
Reggie White
Mean Joe Green
Decon Jones
Michael Strahan
John Randle
Mark Gastenau (sp?)
????
Donald is fantastic! Best one of his era bar none!
Greatest all time? Did he have to deal with leg whipping? Cut blocks vs. 2 men, one high one low?
Look, he is great and 1st ballot hall of fame lock, but best ever? He's in the conversation. But I don't think he is and I bet you don't either unless you're in your 20's or younger

So Bruce Smith, Joe Greene, Michael Strahan AND Reggie White never played in the NFL? Bruce Smith. The all time sack leader. Why because Bruce didn't win a superbowl and Aaron did?
Edit: spelling
