Science Says: Very few of us work alone these days. Most of us work with other people. The question is, how effectively are we working with other people? Well, a key to effectively working with other people is knowing where they're at. How are they feeling? Are they feeling good or bad? High energy, low energy? Excited, discouraged or nervous? If you can read that in people, you know how they feel, how they're approaching a project with you, how they're responding to what you're saying in a meeting, etc. Mirror neurons help us build better relationships -- and science says that relationships are an essential factor in happiness for most of us, most of the time.

Great question Ahmed! If you've ever seen someone get hurt, and winced, you know the answer: yes. At least, I strongly believe that in most cases, we can physically be affected by watching another person. I don't think mirror neurons can make you start running or anything, but I do believe that mirror neurons can affect your facial muscles. Feeling a bit of what someone else is feeling might make you react with a disgusted facial expression, for example, if you see someone do something disgusting. Try watching someone eat worms or something you find gross, and see if your facial expression changes? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

While most people can pick up on the emotions of others to some extent (thanks to mirror neurons) for HSPs, the experience is much more intense
I absorb others' emotions...

Science says relationships are an essential factor for happiness for most of us most of the time… the “Good News” is we are already wired with mirror neurons we just have to use them.
When I think of a mirror, I think of reflection, when I think of reflection, I think of refraction when I think of refraction, I think of light when I think of light, I think of warmth when I think of warmth, I think of a loving relationship.
and the Bible says that we were “made in God’s image” thus we are a reflection.

1 John 1:5 And this is the message which we have heard from him (Jesus) and announce unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.”
Which means he can only mirror what is good, pure and loving . As a loving father/ creator should. ❤….that’s Good News friend!
