I remember seeing Vini play vs Shakhtar years ago, back when he was still really raw and he did this one move where he just blasted past the RB like he wasn’t there and just hit the ball at a defender. I told my brother that if that’s how easily he can beat defenders now, imagine how good he could beat defenders as he gets used to playing for Madrid. All he needs to learn is how to pass or shoot and he’ll be an elite player. I didn’t think he would become a world class dribbler, finisher and elite passer tho. Fair play to Vini for consistently working past the times when Zidane didn’t want him and Benzema didn’t like him to now being the main man and the best player in the world.

We need to talk about Rodri !! Here me out those saying Martinez deserves it have more sense.

Rodri at the euros was just equal to Yamal, Ruiz, Olmo, Carvahal and even Nico in terms of game performances.
In Man city he was outshined by Foden. So for me it was a surprise to see him win euro player of the tournament, you'll think I'm sick but that's my senses there. I think he won euro player of the tournament because of Spain's win and the fact that this euro lacked individual brilliances.

I hate RMA but for the integrity of this trophy Vini deserves it.
