I WOULD NEVER USE WIRES TO HOLD THAT SPRING, i saw a guy at the junk yard do the same thing and the wires didnt hold the tension and the spring popped and hit the guy in the face it broke his nose, teeth and jaw, its an image i will never forget what happen to that guy. If you need to remove the springs out of your struts buy the tool or rent it, think of your safety first

boss may tanong lng po dapat po ba d na naiikot yung spring pag na ibalik na yung shock? nag papalit din po ako ng shock mounting kaso after mapalitan pag umabot takbo ng 80kph pa taas grabe yung tagtag nya sa passenger parang matatanggal yung gulong

I cringe seeing people do this, the proper tool is not that expensive and safer.
If you ever seen a compressed spring fly off the strut you wouldn't even consider dong it this way.
