Mam i'm little confused how we get the root value r of any given question or its a suppose value ..As in first example x=sinx and r=0.7391

Is not there a mistake?? After 5 min, in example 2;
g(x)=e^-2x (x-1)+x
so g'(x)=-2e^-2x (x-1)+e^-2x+1

I think g'(x) was written wrong, it was written x^-2x, it should have been e^-2x
