2022 Japanese TeaHouse Block Wall not Allen Block

Replaced a small timber wall with a split face concrete wall.
Only 15 1/2 inches tall.
Not glued together as we might want to move it.
More economical for use than Allen Block.
Minimal damage to existing plants.
Old timber wall was actual 4 by 4, lasted over 25 years and can reuse quite a few of the timbers.
