WHAT I also come from a predominantly South and East Asian community and went to Cal Poly SLO! I experienced discrimination in my classes AND social groups at Poly for my skin tone, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and interests. Hi Monica! As a South Asian woman in my mid 30s am perhaps ancient compared to your regular demographic 😂 however i really really love your content ❤

One thing i notice is that compared to caucasians we brown women tend to have really prominent dark circles, usually coupled with deep set eyes which worsens their appearance lol. Would love a video on how to properly colour correct and conceal under eyes for brown skintones.

My parents made sure to make the whole family do pooja often. A lot of times, we all had to wake up at 4 to cook and shower for pooja at 6. They didnt want us to forget our indian roots. I love them for doing this.

I am a 48 year old pink skinned person. Thats the only way I can describe it. There is alot of pink undertones in my skin. Traditionally people will call me a white girl but even most "white people" are not actually white and not all makeup made for that demographic looks great on every tone. My point however is it is great to see someone like yourself helping other people help themselves feel better and more beautiful and comfortable in their own skin. Great content keep it up ❤
