 AI doesn't have empathy. AI doesn't have that human element. AI can't look a customer in the eye. AI can't hear what a customer is saying, and then align that from an empathetic viewpoint on how you should respond to that. AI can't really discern what the actual value is that that customer is looking for and what you can supply, and sometimes that value has nothing to do with their products. Sometimes that value has to do with how you can help them advance within their organization. Sometimes that value is how you can help people that work for them. It's nothing to do with your product. It has to do with how they function on a day to day basis, how their people function on a day to day basis. That is where the value tie in can be. And AI is not going to give you that, but human interaction will.
