You can also fill the pot with boiling water, throw in a Bounce sheet and let it soak overnight & the junk will come out, I do the same when I use a pot for lasagna

You can put water, soup and vegetable oil may sound weird but it works when the burnt stuff is stuck the soupy water and vegetable oil gets it all off you just need to repeat it like 2 times
