I have fond memories working at my old Taco Bell: At different times of my shift, we’d keep up with cleaning out the, “Overflow, ” where all the different food you filled the tacos and burritos fell into; then we’d scoop it all out, and our 1 cool manager, (me), would let us create a free, a “Trash-man Special.” Again, and on down time only, and between food rushes, simply scoop all that; shredded cheeses, meat, diced tomatoes, etc., whatever, and put it in a race, burrito, or both together, and add a bit more ground beef, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sauce, etc, and go take your half hour break and enjoy your free meal! Oh, and then grab yourself a few Choco-Taco’s for D-Zert!
