The LEGO Super Mario World Mario & Yoshi is the newest product for the theme aimed at adults, but how does it compare with previous 18+ LEGO Super Mario Products, some of my all time favourite LEGO sets?!

I like the fact that they are taking advantage of the form factors of the bricks, using them as pixels. I hope one day we get something similar for Zelda!

The use of black studded pieces for Mario's hair and mustache is just... brilliant.

There's much more movement in there than I'd realized! The tongue is a really cool feature and the cape's easy removal is a great design choice. I'm seriously considering buying it now.

This kind of model, that's essentially a display piece but requiers interaction to get the full experience, runs the risk of becoming boring faster than something like a Star Wars or Architechture model, and as such needs to be particularly fun to show off and play with - and wow, this hits the spot perfectly. What a cool model

Nostalgia is playing a huge role in my purchasing of this set, you're absolutely right!

Also, I don't know if Tiago played the game or if he just thoroughly researches everything, but it was nice to hear all the things named correctly! (dragon coin, koopa, cape and feather, etc)

Looks sick. If you wanna be picky, the music misses the bongo sounds that add to the track when riding Yoshi. But that's a nit-pick. Overall, this is pretty cool.
