Crowds gather to enjoy Manhattanhenge 2023 in NYC

Crowds gathered in the streets of Manhattan, sometimes blocking traffic, in order to get a glimpse of the phenomenon referred to as “Manhattanhenge.” 🌆

Manhattanhenge is the solar spectacular that occurs twice a year when the setting sun exactly aligns perfectly with New York City’s grid. Missed it? Don't worry, you'll have another chance on July 11-12.
