Austrian boat-builder Silent Yachts is already known for its line of solar-powered catamarans. Now, the company has announced its Silent 120 Explorer superyacht, which includes spaces for an eVTOL and a personal submarine.

The Silent 120, which features styling and interior design by Marco Casali, is in build in Turkey and due for launch in 2024.

When delivered, SILENT 120 EXPLORER will join a fleet of 1095 motor yachts in the 35-40m size range. Compared to similarly sized motor yachts, her volume will be 173.65 GT above the average.

I would live on that beautiful catamaran. It is my dream vessel. Have wind and wave power generation for when it port or anchor in poor solar conditions. Instead of the submersible two electric quad skis. Enough spare parts and machining spaces for repairs while underway. Biggest electric motors available with thrust vectoring at all 4 corners of vessel.

I would buy it if I had 20+MM to spare and turn it into a Research Vessel working on Oceanographic issues. I'd like to see more on the 62' tri-deck silent yacht or anything new actually showing the Kite Sail.
