17. St. Petersburg (Florida)

Me and my sidekick Ginger Snap
have been traveling all over the United States taking in various cities while standing sideways on my OneWheel for a few months no. We have met some really amazing people but the fine folks from the St. Pete Float Fleet out shined them all! With their warm southern hospitality, attentiveness to make sure their
out-of-town guest didn’t get lost and so much more. I gotta give a special shout out to Michelle Marian for connecting me to this amazing group of people. To Pat Campbell for making sure these 2 directionally challenged Gingers didn’t get lost and to Richard Knudsen my buddy throughout this ride. Thank you to all y’all for your kindness and graciousness I’m so grateful to each one of you for caring and sharing.

This nights ride has got to be the best ride I’ve got to do yet!!! The light show in downtown St. Pete was truly stunning. It’s taken me over a month to finally get to editing the footage from my Insta 360 camera but it was worth all the time and focus that was required. Y’all were so friendly, inviting and warm y’all made me feel like family as soon as I rolled in. The scenery of your stunning city from the top of the parking garage was breathtaking and the full moon last night was the cherry on top of the perfect float ride!! Thank you for welcoming me into your OneWheeling tribe and showing me your amazingly beautiful city.
