Joseph Antonini nade a crapload of mistakes! Not only did he change a well established logo from red/turquoise to a giant red K and "mart" scripted inside it, the moron got rid of the blue light special! Did he forget how many used to eat in the cafe and just wait for the special, so they could go running toward it? He didn't invest into computers to control merchandise, and the biggest mistake of all, instead of using profits to build more super centers, he bought other companies! By the time he resigned in 1995 Kmart was so far behind Walmart it wasn't even funny, especially since a decade prior they were dominating Walmart in sales!
