My why is to learn how communicate well in both written and spoken English so that I can help fellow workers understand complicated rules or policies written in our second language which is English so that they can make an independent and wise decision for themselves.

I used to have a boss that really annoying. She likes to drop other people's mentality, she likes it when people are afraid of her, she likes to look powerful.
She is really clever and good at communicate, but she use it to attack other people that have less power than her.
I really wish the best for her to change for the better

The differences in those two are that, basically, one is more pragmatic, while the other one is on the lyrical side or a better way to "sell a need." It's interesting how much more compelling the last version is.

Note: Just because you are "selling a need" doesn't mean you are greedy, trying to keep a business running.

Your why is usually based on solving a problem that hits home so you'll continuously feel obligated to rectify the matter and the extent you wish to carry it on depends on your willingness to go further after you've made you contributions.
